「Good location that is 15 min from Aix city centre. Clean and newly furnished with keyless entry. Large room. Bathroom could be bigger and due to design of shower, water always ended up on the bathroom floor. Noticed sink had a funny smell but would otherwise highly recommend this hotel! 」

「I loved it. Florence was really helpful and there was lots of books and leaflets available about the town. Sadly most of the shops were closed as it was 1May.
The room was large with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was great that there were lots of little treats included like calassons, wine and bathroom products! Breakfast was also included with a lovely selection of breads and good coffee.
I hope to return. 」
「We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. 」

"I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and other facilities. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage."
"I did not notice that I was charged for breakfast without my consent. It is my fault not to notice this when they issued my receipt. However, the fundamental cause of this was charging me what I did not use by default. I should have been more careful. I don’t know if this happened on purpose or not, yet they should not do this anyway. For the rest of my experience was good."
