"We booked this property in very short notice and afraid about the accuracy. But when we reached there, we were happy that we picked an excellent one. Host was reachable all the times and property had been located vert close to lot of scenic places and especially Copper peak site. We love to visit this place and stay in this property again during fall. "

"Wendy and Marty know how to host! The usual things one anticipates for rentals were all there but it was the extras that really blew us away. Well stocked kitchen including a crock pot, a Milwaukee Tool radio for our use, and unlimited fire wood are just a few of those extras. It felt like home. Wendy was very responsive and thorough which I appreciated! We booked again for next year which is the highest review I can think of! "

"W the welcoming calls of loons from crystal clear Grand Portage Lake. What a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautifully appointed. The ample outside spaces provided postcard views. Located close to grocery, downtown restaurants and the Heart of Vilas bike trail head, we could not have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to our visiting again soon."

"We had a great week here in this cabin for our 50th anniversary. Cabin was well stocked, clean, and everything in working order. We stayed there for about a week and really enjoyed the atmosphere and our time of memories and togetherness. Due to weather and other schedules, we did not get to make use of the kayaks, that was the only downside. We had board game, TV, and internet when we confined to indoors, so no disappointments."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! We loved the view, deck, dock, and fire pit. Armed with bug spray and long sleeves we enjoyed the fire pit a few nights. One person raven slept on one of the futons and thought it was quite comfortable. During our time we fished and paddled. Only negative is the driveway if you are towing a boat, tricky to navigate. Kitchen has all the basics you may need."

"What a lovely home... clean and walking distance to the town. We stayed during Festival Ironwood and had such a lovely time! It's a quick trip to th Porcupine Mountains and Lake Superior. I'm booking this property for next July! The kitchen is fully stocked. You can cook anything because it has every pot/pan... everything! Also.. I really appreciated the coffee bar. They had ground beans and Kuerig pods. Thank you hosts for a lovely stay.... and I'll be back in July 2025!"

"Very happy with our stay in this property. A very spacious older home with a very fresh modern interior. All of the rooms were very large and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, fresh and clean. Very large kitchen with all amenities leading into a large dining with a grand marble table. Large clean bathrooms with great tub and shower. Lori was an excellent host..thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!"

This spot also provides more parking spots than the other units on the side of the building. The townhome was entirely more than enough room for 4 adults and our dogs. Love having 3 full bathrooms!
