Very friendly & helpful staff. Elevator! Great breakfast buffet in restaurant, included. 3-4 restaurants on site, along with bakery items, gift shop & currency exchange. Good location. Large room with comfy bed, fridge & microwave.

Valet service was awesome. They were very helpful being that I am disabled and had a walker very hard to get into the spa because I had a walker, but I know how to work it. At one point, our room was so cold and the maid came and brought us a heater to heat up our room. She was so phenomenal. Also helped us learn how to work the coffee maker because there was no directions in the room as to how to use it. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to upgrade to the gold to where I could have access to the amenities there but my fault because I should’ve booked it earlier.

It’s not a complete secret, but many people are not aware there is a second tea house in Lake Louise. In the summer months hundreds of people visit the Lake Agnes Tea House each day, but only a fraction of those numbers hike to the Plain Of Six Glaciers, and shown in the pic is about 3/4 way up to the tea house.
