Nice and clean with no signs of abuse or wear anywhere. Nice fresh carpet scents in the corridors. Staff is pleasant and good food for the money. I would have gave it five stars but the parking lot needs replacing and the bath tub spout was broken and loose from the tub.

We stayed here when we came out to Rhode Island for our son’s graduation from Brown University. This location is an easy 5 mile drive to Brown University. There are plenty of fast food options within a few blocks of the hotel. Plenty of parking, area was very quiet and appeared to be very safe. It is an older hotel, but was very serviceable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
