The overall conditions of the building seem like they saw their better days in the past. The welcoming staff seemed aloof of the rooms they were assigning our group. Our room lacked linens in the bathroom. The TV remote did not work. The room temperature was set to 79 degrees when we arrived. The room had a foul stuffy smell. The morning staff seemed much better equipped for the role than staff of the evening previously. The biggest plus of our stay was a nice expansive breakfast available in the morning, items both hot and cold.

hotel overbooked our room, we booked a 2 queen bed room and they promised us 20 minutes before check-in time that they would make sure we had one they called a few hours later and said they only have one king bed with a pullout couch left. When we got in the room it completely stunk, hallways and rooms are littered with stains all over the carpet. when we pulled out the couch there was clothes shoved in and burn marks on the mattress. As soon as I took my shoes off I stepped on a screw that was broke in half. We didn’t have any blankets for the pullout couch so I called the lobby and all they would give us is two thin sheets. When we checked out the morning lobby girl was very kind, I think that was the nicest part of the hotel.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel there were problems, checking in not only with me, but the other guests in the lobby as well my hotel room when we finally got it after the keys didn’t work twice, the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by wires the tub plug was broken in the showerhead didn’t work like it should. There were also no curtains on the windows just a real thin sheet that left all the LED light in from outside street lights were also other customers in the lobby that were given a key that opened a door to people already in that room, sleeping and others that were told even though they booked a double bedroom, they could only give them a single bed room again definitely do not recommend this hotel at all

Place is a joke. Had a room reserved and when we got there tried to put us in a room someone was already in. Needless to say we didnt get a room and had to drive 30 miles to get a room

This properties hotel manager called state police and forcefully made my son who has Cystic Fibrosis and was resting because he was very sick and I leave the property! Why you ask? Because my son was very sick and asleep, I didn’t want to leave him alone. Front desk called and for some reason needed my credit card again, even though we had stayed there multiple nights already! Well when I was finally able to get down to the desk I didn’t make it out the door! The room phone was ringing and it was the manager demanding my very sick son and I leave the premises immediately! To top it off, it was cold and pouring down the rain! Terrible, there was black mold throughout the entire room, especially in the restroom and the ceiling about the window with the ac/heat

We arrived at 3:45 only to find elevator is broken and we couldn’t stay! Hopefully I get reimbursed

良かった点 : 清潔度

The manager here was very nice, the place was mostly clean, and the breakfast was alright, (except the expired yogurt). The only real problem we had was mold in the coffee maker and the fridge wasn’t plugged in.

I liked the location as it was close to many food options and shopping. The free breakfast was better than expected. The property needs updating, as the hallway carpet was stained (spilled bleach). In my room the sink was cracked

Very convenient for access to the Stone House (our Thanksgiving Dinner destination) and to Republic PA for our after dinner visit with family and friends. Very clean; comfortable furnishings. canheartily recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff; room was so clean that I left a gratuity and a note of appreciation. Didn't like the smell of the cleaning products, but opening a window fixed that!
