"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"This hotel has the feel of staying in a condo type of property but has the added amenities of a hotel if and when you need. This is our second time here and we loved it! The suites are well equipped for a long weekend stay (or longer stay if you prefer), and the rooms were well-maintained and in great condition! Highly recommend. You will not feel ripped off like so many hotels in the Park City area during ski season. "

"This property was just fabulous! We take a family ski trip every year and this cabin is now an absolute favorite! The theater room and popcorn machine was a hit! Great space for a large group and the outdoor surroundings and views were lovely! The hosts were more than kind and accommodating! We LOVED IT! "
