"Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful."

"It was bad. The mattress is as hard as a rock, wasn’t comfortable at all. The kitchen was dirty with dirty cutleries on the table. At a point one of the ac unit fell and there was dirt everywhere in the lobby. Would never stay there again and don’t advice anyone to. "
