In summer, your children play with our little ones in the garden while you relax on the beautiful terrace with barbecue area. Shops in the immediate vicinity. In a few kilometers invite Ötzi village, birds of prey park and the swimming lake Umhausen to discover. In winter, the top ski area Sölden (22 km) and the cross-country trails Niederthai (7 km) lure to an extensive snow experience.

Sehr gemütliche, saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ordentlich. Für besondere Gemütlichkeit sorgt der Kachelofen. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders auch zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern.
Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr freundlich

Saubere, gemütliche, mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
Wir waren im Juli 2018 für 4 Nächte als Familie mit 5 Personen in der Wohung. Die Wohung ist sehr sauber, wir hatten mit 5 Personen mehr als genug Platz, konnten den Garten und den Grill nutzen. Gesamteindruck der Wohung: SUPER! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, haben schnell auf Anfragen reagiert, sind uns bei den Abreisezeit entgegen gekommen, waren auch bei anderen Fragen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder! Haben uns willkommen und heimisch gefühlt. Die Wohnung wäre auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet, es gibt im Wohnzimmer eine Spielecke mit Spielen und Büchern, im Garten eine Schauckel und genug "Auslauf-platz".
Im Dorf gibt es auch Bäckereien, ein Supermarkt "Hofer" (wie unser ALDI), einen Wassefall, Ötzi-Dorf und viele andere Ausgeh- und Unternehmensmöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer haben auch eine Info-Mappe für uns zusammengestellt, was wir auch sehr sympatisch fanden. Wir kommen wieder!
