Hotel Uman is a fantastic hotel. We stayed two separate nights on our way to and from Finland. Nice quiet rooms with all the amenities. Lower level garage is very convenient and safe. Hotel Uman is within walking distance of all Umeå museums, university, river walk, shopping and ferry to Vaasa Finland. The food is excellent (breakfast and dinner) and both are free! The staff is superior---very friendly and accommodating. Hotel Uman is the place to stay in Umeå.

Lugnt och fint, rymligt rum. Rent och fräscht; enda nackdelen var att matos - särskilt från eftermiddagsvåfflorna - spred sig en bra bit utanför restaurangen. Maten: frukostbuffén riklig och god, ett plus för grönsaker o frukt och smoothieshots samt gott rågbröd. Mycket vällagad, god, persiljedekorerad middag; kändes hemtrevligt. Och all personal var väldigt hjälpsamma, trevliga och vi fick bra tips om parkering i stan. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Trevligt hotell där man alltid känner sig som ”hemma” Mkt bra att det finns en innergård så man kan sitta ute men den kunde hållas efter lite bättre. 😉 Bra ljudnivå i restaurangen även fast det är många där samtidigt. Trevligt mottagande i receptionen!

Supertrevlig personal . Rummet snyggt, rent och bekvämt. Frukosten var väldigt bra med ett rikligt och fräscht utbud. Gäller även den ”lättare” middagen som ingick. Bra läge, parkering i garage, lugnt och tyst.

Helt ok

Det var helt ok. Vi spenderade bara en natt på detta hotell. Hittade en insekt i sängen så blev lite avskräckt först. Maten var ok, det enda som var synd var att man fick torka av sitt eget bord efter middag/frukost för att nästa sällskap skulle få trevligt för personalen såg man inte. Det var buffé. Vissa gör ju inte det utan lämnar bara och om det inte kommer någon och plockar undan så...
