Unit Layout
The 3-room apartment has an area of 50 square meters and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a living/dining room with a sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and another room with a single bed (80 cm, length 200 cm) and a pull-out bed.

Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen featuring four hot plates. It also has a shower/WC. The terrace measures 15 square meters and includes terrace furniture. Furthermore, the apartment offers a view of the garden and complimentary WiFi internet access.

Other Information
During your vacation, please note that the final cleaning is not included in the basic cleaning, which is always carried out by the guest. The maximum capacity of the apartment is five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom available.
