「The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157...

「It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.」

「Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great.
The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! 」

「Rowan Cottage is a super cute place to stay. It is nestled in the forest which would be a great place to explore if I brought my little ones. (Next time for sure). When we entered it was nice and toasty warm. The lounge and kitchen had everything we needed. The house directions/expectations were easily found. Loads of space and I will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks!!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!」
