A charming small hotel in the old town of Bilbao, it was close to all the major sights and activities. The rooms are pleasant with high quality linens, and the breakfast is made to order. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a dream find !! Stunning in every way. With a room and view over the harbour and a short walk down to the bay where we found an amazing restaurant, it was a beautiful experience. Breakfast was amazing too... 100% will return.

We stayed for just one night, but that was more than enough.
The property does not have a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs.
The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was clear that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been.
The room was extremely noisy, with constant creaking sounds from the wooden structure and persistent mechanical noise from the air conditioning system. On top of that, outside noise was a significant issue throughout our stay, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, a disappointing experience.
