"Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks."

"Beautiful hotel in the mountains so peaceful. We stayed in the annex part which is a good 10 minute walk to the main hotel if you want to use the restaurant in the evening or the pool through the day. The annex also had its own pool which is wonderful and you can have your breakfast there too thankfully! The only bad thing about been in the annex was walking back on a night after our evening meal it was pitch black and not lit up enough, we missed our turning one night! Overall though a lovely hotel and huge rooms great breakfast and fantastic comfortable sunbeds around the annex pool. Would I return? I probably would but wouldn’t be my first choice as I’ve stayed in many mountain hotels in Mallorca which were better "

"We had two families' with a total of five children. This house was perfectly suited for our group of 9. We used the pool multiple times a day and there was plenty of space for everyone. We hired chefs for a few nights and the outdoor dining area was a great setting.We went to a several beaches all within a short drive. This a great location away from the crowds but very accessible to everything. Fairly tight driveway entrance which would not be suitable for large vehicles such as vans or extra large SUVs. We had mid sized SUVs and it was no issue. "
