The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, invites you to cook and linger, and opens onto your own private terrace, which offers additional space for relaxation. The separate sleeping area is integrated into the loft-style layout by a spacious, glass partition. This allows plenty of natural light to flood into the sleeping area, emphasizing the open design. For privacy, the glass area can be completely closed off with curtains as needed. The bedroom has a tranquil design and is equipped with a modern, controlled ventilation system that ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.
