I arrived to check in and they refused me a room even though I had a booking and I showed them the confirmation.
Expedia tried to contact them and they could not.
So very frustrated.
No idea about the quality of the stay as I didn't get the chance.
Contact them first before booking.
No car access walk down tiny market street. So big suitcase will be hard .
Also Expedias process for this kind of issue was super frustrating a live chat that doesn't let you type and you can not leave the chat until they are finished looking into it wasted so much time over an hour and still had no answers
