ウブド街中までは距離は少しあるのですがのんびり滞在するはいいホテルです。建物の古さもいい感じの雰囲気を出しておりますし、田園の中にホテルがあるのでホテル全体的に雰囲気がいいです。時期によっては「蚊」がいるかもしれませんのでご注意を。

プールの素敵な素敵なホテル。

完璧で無い事の少ないホテル。値段に対してコスパは良いと感じます。部屋に関しては通常足が触れる場所に関しては清潔です(そうで無い場所は忘れる事も有るようです)。お部屋のお花も工夫して素敵に活けてくれています、ありがとう。基本的にここで働いてる皆さんは素晴らしいです。ですが、フロントに時々いる、年配のタクシードライバーの人達は、アバウトです。フロント業務についてプロフェッショナルではありません。笑顔は素晴らしいですが。若い女性達の方がプロフェッショナルです。ルームサービスも時間には正確です。何かが壊れてもすぐに直したり対処してくれました。とて素晴らしい！！！

色々なコテージでの中で当たりだった

広いエリアでコテージは色々なのがある。今回は離れた場所であつたが、こじんまりしていて景色もよくて、プールはそばにあり、部屋も大きく、天井には扇風機も、バスタブは小さくなくで全て満足している。

自然の中でリラックスできる環境

何度も利用していますが、エアコンやガラス戸がついて以前よりさらに快適なホテルになっていました。３つあるプールや自然の中の立地、スタッフの方々の応対もすばらしいです。あまり日本人のお客は宿泊していませんでしたが、とても良いホテルだと思います。ただ少し残念だったのは、スタッフの１人にガイドをお願いしたところ、連れて行かれた高原の食事どころで盛大にぼったくられました。来店したときからメニューも料金表も見せてもらえませんでした。（インドネシアンの観光客にはメニューを渡しているのに）ガイドに苦情を言っても「ここは適正な値段だ」の一点張り。もしガイドを頼むなら、ホテル外で探すことをおすすめします。

立地条件は最高です。（敷地が広々とし、テラスからは田園や椰子の木などバリらしい風景が望めます。）ホテル内の散歩もリスやサギ。フクロウなど見られて十分おもしろいです。従業員のサービスは５星ホテルのそれと比べてはいけません。ほったらかしにしてくれることをサービスと認識できる人にこのホテルは最高です。

We loved staying at Ananda Cottages. The setting is amazing we looked out over the rice paddies very picturesque. There are beautiful gardens around the villas and pools, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptional and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is set around a large, landscaped eco pond where we enjoyed our meals. We highly recommend this stay!!

Le personnel est très attentionné et gentil.Superbe piscine. Nous avions un cottage, merveilleux face à la rizière. Tous est parfait ! Le spa Botanical tout proche merveilleux. Plusieurs choix de restaurant en plus de celui de l’hôtel tout proche.

Ananda is a beautiful peaceful oasis in Ubud. The gardens and pools are lovely, the rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a good selection of food. It’s a bit out of town but they have a free shuttle three times a day and you can get a taxi back for $5. You can walk it in 30 mins if you can cope with the heat. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by as well. We had two interconnecting rooms which suited us perfectly. Unfortunately they were upstairs which I only realised when we got there and this was a problem for my bad knee so do ask for downstairs rooms if you have any mobility issues. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Ubud

Nice experience staying at the apartment. Lots of areas to explore. Only issue is the weak WIFI coverage, but that's a good excuse not to use electronic devices and just enjoy the stay.

I really loved the ambiance however I did not enjoy having to ring reception every time somebody needed to shower as there was no hot water. Also the air conditioner maintenance man spent more time in our room than we did.

The Gardens are spectacular. The whole property is an authentic Balinese envirenment. Rice fields, buildings, and the beautiful amazing gardens on the whole property. Lovingly taken care of by dedicated staff who have worked there for. Any years. Only complaint was the breakfasts have deteriorated recently, only vegan offering because of the high number of yoga practitioners who stay there 8 stays always very relaxing.

The hotel grounds, views and ambience really give an easy relaxed vibe. I enjoyed the ponds, flowers, fruit trees - even the lovely white duck (we named him Crispy lol) The staff were amazing - helpful and always smiling. I will stay here again.

Everything about our 2 night stay at the Ananda Cottages was fantastic from start to finish. Awesome service, awesome staff, magnificent food and surroundings. Our cottage was top notch. I can't fault the place. We will be back one day.

Un petit paradis au cœur d’un jardin tropical

Ayant eu la chance d’avoir beaucoup voyagé dans de beaux hôtels , je ne m’attendais pas à un établissement comme celui-ci : ne surtout pas se fier au prix et aux 3 étoiles: cet hôtel en mériterait facilement 4 ou 5! Situé au cœur d’un petit jardin, il y règne une ambiance zen et chic. Le personnel est très sympathique, et la beauté du cadre comme sa piscine à débordement vous donnera envie de vous y balader à chaque heure de la journée. La proximité du centre est pratique mais assez loin pour éviter le chahut d’Ubud! Alors à tout ceux qui recherche un hôtel de rêve , très calme, et avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable, je vous recommande fortement cet établissement! merci encore !

Un bel hotel bien situé

Charmant hotel bien situé pour visiter ubud et sa region. Un buffet complet Un cadre très agreable. Les chambres sont grandes. Literie un peu dure. Pourrait être changée. Une très belle experience. A recommander.

Un bel endroit entre hôtel et routard de luxe

Nous sommes directement arrivés de l’aéroport et avons été déçus: pas de 3eme lit prévu, dans une des chambres pour notre fils de 17 ans; vaisselle des anciens occupants encore en place; sanitaires « limités » ( un grand vers dans le lavabo, ainsi que des cheveux au fond du lavabo), rideau avec anneaux manquants..., pas de place prévue pour poser la valise... bref: pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions, ni ce que nous espérions trouver. Hôtel cependant de charme++, très belle piscine, bien placé pour un accès à des plages vraiment sympas; que nous avons finalement, après 6 hôtels visites au cours de notre périple: apprécié d’avoir trouvé. En effet, l’accueil, le petit dej, avaient finalement quelque chose d’authentique, mi hôtel mi logement chez l’habitant, que nous aurions regretté de ne pas avoir rencontré , au cours du voyage. Bref, nous recommandons vivement à ceux qui souhaitent avoir un très bel endroit, avec un confort correct, qui veulent vivre le pays sans rester dans un monde de tourisme aseptisé.

Disjointed.

Hotel near vibey shops, cafes and restaurants. One pool located near our room. Staff friendly and helpful. Entrance to cottages not pleasant and cottages are isolated from each other. We were in a group so more suited to people wanting a retreat! Needs revamping!

We LOVED this spot!

We are a family of 4 (kids 12 and 15) and we LOVED our stay for a number of reasons. Due to airport closure (thanks to the volcano eruption) we arrived 6 hrs late at 3am. The staff were very friendly and two helped us down to our rooms. We were happy to find two adjacent rooms set our for us with connection via the balconies. One with King and the other had two singles, both with their own bathrooms and balconies. The hotel location was perfect for us. Out of Ubud center, but only a 15-20min walk away past the local supermarket (Bintang Market) full of groceries, drinks, local sim cards and upstairs was full of local tourism nicknacks. There are some GREAT restaurants within a 5-10 min walk such as The Elephant, the recently opened Dumbo (great coffee) and Warung Pulau Kelapa (great Indonesian). The 3 pools meant we always found a quiet spot to hang and the breakfast was lovely with freshly cooked omelets (our sons favorite) and a nice selection of fresh fruit. The staff were lovely and we couldn't speak more highly of room cleaner Wyan who made our room sparkle daily with beautiful flower arrangements on the bed :) Also super friendly whenever he spied us on the grounds. For the money this place is excellent. While you can find higher level resorts in Ubud, we would go back here in a second and it seems we are not the only ones to feel this way as we met a number of others there who told us they go there yearly. What more can we say?

Très beau séjour

Très beau séjour, le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont vastes et le lit est confortable. Restaurant avec décor superbe dans les jardins. L'environnement est plus calme, mais à 25minutes de marche du centre ville. Seul bémol, la dalle de bain extérieure où les insectes peuvent s'immiscer.

Nice location

I visited this property to bring guests there for a training this year so it looks kind of Balinese rustic- only problem I had was we were put in two adjoining rooms near very noisey road and restaurant- so we had to move to down the property- you could still hear the noise of the Rosd and finally we were put into an adjoining Property 150 Metres from main hotel to superb rooms overlooking the rice paddies- quiet and perfect- breakfast was boring in main breakfast room however I ordered room service and asked for traditional Indonesian breakfast which they accommodated and was excellent- I’d stay here again as long as away from that noisey road!
