When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. "The room was clean, this hotel was very nice, and close to the Malecon for walking our dogs. I also used the spa for a massage. Karen was good at her job and thorough with making sure my massage was a total body experience. We wooupd stay here again when we come bacl."

"Great place in front of El Malecón. Breakfast is great, hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant (sea food) in front of the hotel is also recommended by locals. One thing to improve is shuttle from the Light Train (tren maya) to the hotel. "
