8.2/10 Very Good! (1,014 reviews)
I’m not one to leave reviews but I had an awful stay at this hotel. Our A/C wasn’t working correctly, we reported it multiple times. The staff were completely unresponsive and unfriendly not to mention it was extremely frustrating trying to communicate with people who barely speak English. We couldn’t sleep due to it being so hot. They gave us no options or any type of compensation.
We paid premium prices for a subpar experience.
