「A last minute change of plan when our actually chosen hotel let us down. What a fabulous find. Our room was lovely and the staff were great. We will defiitely be back.」

Also, every Sunday, my family and I would indulge in tea/coffee with fresh scones, cream and strawberry jam. The bar, then, was most charming. 「The place is comfortable, linen clean, not a single noise only nature and birds, rooms clean and big and smelling fresh, room service perfect, very friendly staff and willing to help all the time, breakfast perfectly prepared, all in all it was good. 」

「There was a bath without a screen instead of a shower. A large dead cockroach in the bathroom. Lights outside the bedroom window that were not switched off. Naked, exposed wiring where the switch for the bedside lamp should be ( I could have electrocuted myself reaching for the switch at night!). Very noisy water pipes from 3am. The bed was clean and comfortable but the roach had spoiled it all.」
