"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "Good check in. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rokm was ok. Bit tired in parts. Floor very uneven and sloped in parts but it's an old building so to be expected I guess. Dinner was lovely but the tables were very sticky.either need a good scrub or a change in cleaning fluid. Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Views are beautiful. Would stay again"
