This VRBO is as advertised. It's clean, in a perfect location for downtown Tyler in a historic district, closed to TJC which is where we were going.
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need, including a washer and dryer.
The bathroom is well stocked with plenty of towels and washclothes and hand towels and very clean.
The living room was comfortable and well laid out, plenty of room to spread out. TVs were smart and could login to your accounts such as Netflix, etc.
The bedroom with the large wooden headboard bed was comfortable enough, but hard.
The second bedroom is where the problem lies...the bed. I have slept on many hard beds before...on a cruise, in Mexico (where it feels like a box spring), etc. This bed was harder than that. Unfortunately, I slept on the couch for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there.
So...overall clean, good location, but if you need the second bed I advise staying elsewhere because if you don't sleep you can't enjoy your vacay.
