気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We got in late, after hours, they key code didnt work. We called the after hours number, got a new code. It worked, turned green but door wouldnt open. I told the lady on the phone that it was like the key pad died. It needed new batteries. Long story so after sitting on the front deck from midnight to 4 a.m. and multiple calls and text messages, we got in. However, we asked for a refund and we only got 100. I placed a pic of bug found in the house. Also, 2 of us had multiple bug bites, we are not sure what from. Also, the plug in the upstairs hall bathroom didnt work, also reported that the bathtub had cracks in it. There was no broom for us to sweep up. The bed in the master bedroom had up in it or area where you just rolled toward middle.
