This beautiful, PRESTIGIOUSLY CLEAN, one-bedroom, top floor condo offers a blend of upscale and vintage nautical style decor, featuring magnificent beach and water views, two beachside pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Tybee Portside creates the perfect environment to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of its North Beach coastal location. It is one of the rare condos on Tybee that has a view of the pool, water, beach, Cockspur lighthouse and sunset.

Tybee Portside condo is a step above the rest in so many ways. Full size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are just a few of the luxurious details of this exceptional vacation condo. The condo is great for a couple, but will accommodate a small family. A queen size pillow top bed and shipmate bunks are located in the sleeping area. It will sleep four. Daily rates are shown on the calendar and weekly rates (7 nights) are discounted 10%.

Tybee Portside is located in the gated, beachfront community of Savannah Beach & Racquet Club on the quiet north end of Tybee Island where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This community is known to be very family friendly as the North Beach is less crowded than the east side of the island. The location is wonderful for dolphin watching. You will see large cargo ships going by and chances are you’ll see shrimp boats as well.

25th Wedding Anniversary and didn't disappoint

Fabulous view, accommodations were clean, cozy and provided everything we needed for our stay! Diane was the best, always available and making sure we had what we needed. The balcony chairs is where we started with a cup of coffee and ended with a cocktail.Highly recommend a stay here!

Great property

We have stayed at this property numerous times and always look forward to coming back. It has a great view of the water and all the things you need to have a pleasant time on the beach. If you’re coming to Tybee, I highly recommend this property.

A great getaway on Tybee Island, Georgia

we enjoyed walking on beach, watching sunsets, and eating at some nearby restaurants. The beach was excellent, not too many people. Birds were happy to be there as well

Absolutely Amazing

This was one of the most relaxing places. The views from the sunsets, ships, coast guard helicopters to the dancing dolphins were a joy to watch from the balcony. The location is close to everything but secluded enough to be that peaceful getaway everyone needs.

We had a great time! The condo was super cute, has everything you need, the beach is right there with a gorgeous view, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend! Diane is great at responding and a wonderful host!

Perfect Stay

Cozy little condo, perfect for me and my wife. Although we had no issues and no reason to have to contact the host, she contacted us the morning after arrival to make sure everything was good. It is a quiet area and conducive to a peaceful ocean side vacation. I would highly recommend This spot to anyone looking for the same.

Enjoyable October vacation

The condo was very clean and the nautical decor was very tasteful. Bed was very comfortable! Balcony view was nice and we saw many beautiful sunsets on the walkway to the beach. We enjoyed the small quiet beach on the river...when the high tide was not in! Very nice small unit!

Just as described. Very quiet and not crowded at all. Enjoyed relaxing on the beach with the chairs provided and watching the dolphins and the ships as they passed by. Very unique decorating of the condo.

Beautiful, comfortable condo!

Very comfortable and homey condo. Beautiful location and view. The only update I would suggest is to replace patio door, rather difficult to close screen and door does not lock. Otherwise, we loved it and would return!

It is a small, nautically themed condo. It has a great view from the balcony of the bay and pool area. It has a well stocked kitchen. I would recommend updating the Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Tybee getaway

This is a terrific condo! It is very clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated. It was so convenient that they have beach chairs etc. for renters to use. The owners were super responsive and the pools and beach access were fantastic. The only downsides to this property were that the elevator was a bit unreliable (it went out twice during our six day stay) and the air conditioner on the roof just above the unit can be noisy at night in the bedroom area. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or white noise and you will be fine. Overall a terrific place to get away!

Beautiful and peaceful

Really enjoyed: * View * Quiet * Balcony chairs * Great packed, flat beach for running with fewer people than the other island side beach. * Great sunset views on this side of the island * Glad we stayed here vs. Savannah. Easy enough to drive to Savannah and enjoyed the calm peacefulness of the island (at least the weekend before T'giving) Caution: * Likely true for all Tybee Island options - internet is not strong. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if you're thinking of working from here, need to find an alternative. * Bed is very high off ground * We did not need the extra cute (hard) bunks, but if we'd have had our kids, would've been worried about the top one with no barrier.

This place is grossly misrepresented. We left a day early because we couldn’t say another night. It states that it is a one bedroom. It is not. A one bedroom would require a door separating it from other parts of the condo. The bed is there waiting for you as soon as you open the front door with no door separating it. Inside the same area is a set of bunk beds. Do not be mislead, they are not normal bunk beds. They are not even twin sized. The condo states it is 560 square feet. A normal hotel room is 250 square feet and generally feels airy and has plenty of room to turn around and feel like a bathroom has adequate space to turn around. This condo is extremely crowded and you can hardly turn around, let alone have any privacy at all. Unless you are traveling with an intimate partner, it is not ideal. The couch in the living room is completely falling apart; the latches on the side of it don’t work and it is absolutely disgusting. The TV comes on, but in splotches. Don’t count on being able to catch a game here. It states it has luxury linens. That is an absolute joke. It also states that it has a breathtaking view. Let me warn you that the view is from high captains chairs on a balcony. You must overlook a parking lot, another building, and a pool before your eyes reach the beach and the skyline. As you try to sleep, air will come on and it sounds like a train above you. Most importantly, when I wrote the host, she was extremely rude and condescending.
