"They didn’t get to our room until late afternoon. They only cleaned it halfway. It seemed like the maid got interrupted in the middle of her task and forgot to complete what she was doing. We would like pet free rooms; our allergies were going crazy."

"Nice room, we were on the 3rd floor so it was warm & we needed to use the AC as heat rises. I liked the walk in shower option. Breakfast was very good and there was enough space to sit down and eat. Very convenient to restaurants and to the local falls- bridge sight seeing. Good parking and the spaces were roomy in the lot too. "
