"I stayed two nights in the single room which was to the rear of the property. Despite being quite small, it was adequate for my needs as all I did was sleep there. The hotel is within walking distance of the town which was perfect. Highlights were definitely the view over the bay, the shower in my room - hot and powerful - and the breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. There was everything you could want and plenty of it. As it was the MOKrun weekend I paid more than I would normally for a hotel, but would I stay here again? Definitely."

"The room was very small with barely any room around the double bed. I was travelling solo but it would have been very squashed for 2 people. There was a peg for handing but only 2 wooden coat hangers and I wire hanger. A huge TV was stood on the dressing table which completely blocked the view of the loch and meant that there was little space to put anything! Staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was a problem with the boiler but alternative arrangements had been made which was fine. Breakfast was good."

"Although it said seaview room, this did not happen. Beds were clean and comfy. We were put in a disable room (that none of us needed) there was a trip hazard with carpet between bedroom & bathroom. The wet room which had poor drainage and after 3 people showered the water flooded the whole bathroom. Without us putting down towels water would have seeped into bedroom. During our 3 night stay there was no change of towels or beds made although someone had been in the room to empty bins. For the price paid I would have expected a better standard of accommodation. Breakfast was fine, but only offered gluten free bread as an option."

"Good location, near the harbour in Bowmore Room very good, very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with bath Property is currently changing hands, the sale completed this week As per previous reviews the previous owner served full Scottish cooked breakfast- the new owner is just doing prepared continental breakfast boxes which you help yourself to from the fridge We were not expecting this and were quite disappointed. There is nowhere in Bowmore where you can get breakfast so be aware"

"The owners of this hotel are lovely people and I very much enjoyed my short stay. It was quiet, there was sheep outside which was fun to watch and the hotel offered hot food and drinks. I would love to stay here again!"
