"The jacuzzi was down and that was the whole purpose why we booked this hotel to be able to enjoy a hot jacuzzi after long day hikes. You should also actually have someone at the lobby at all times. They said you could ring a doorbell and call the manager but they never picked up. We thought we locked ourselves out of the room and we needed to get our stuff out and we were worried we had to wait until 8am. Luckily I found an extra key in the car otherwise we would have been screwed. Every hotel you go to there is someone 24/7 there available to help except this one"

"Parking in the upper side by rhe pool is tight,i have a full size truck and people parked next ro me and i could not get in to leave. The room was ok, had a weird smell to it,the floor was not clean..our socks were dirty after 5 minutes of walking around..the person in the room down from us had a dog and it would bark throughout the night..the staff was great "

"Room was okay, there were some dead bugs on the windowsill. It was cold the day we arrived and it took a long time for the room to heat up. One of the beds springs were shot and made a horrible noise whenever you sat or laid on it. It.was not comfortable."
