"Todo estuvo excelente lo único que deben mejorar es tener secadoras de pelo instaladas en la pared ya que no había en mi cuarto pero cuando llamé a recepción fueron más que excelentes en ir a comprar una para que la pudieran utilizar mil gracias y definitivamente nos vamos a volver a hospedar en enero cuando vuelva a visitar a mi familia, y los recordamos a familiares y amigos los mejores en ciudad Guzmán!"

"Liked: Centrally located and within close distance to everything or public transportation to get you there. All staff was very helpful and accommodating. Dislike: the lighting in the room was somewhat deficient, it was too dim and hard to see. The light in the bathroom was the opposite, very bright (not a bad thing but waking up in the middle of the night it lit the whole room up)."

"New Beautiful Boutique Hotel -- Impress with the quality of the "real" art work -- Especially the etchings! Very comfortable. We ended up adding an additional night. Nice to have everything new and working. Very clean and had Nespresso Coffee as a bonus in the rooms. We definitely go back!"
