"Our room was great and the staff was wonderful, but we were disappointed with the lobby restaurant. Upon checkin, I’m pretty sure we were told breakfast was included. When we went down for breakfast, the waitstaff had never heard of any such amenity. Ok, maybe we misheard. No big deal. It’s Mother’s Day and our first weekend away from our little one so we decide to eat there anyway. First, our food was delivered to a different table, so our food took quite some time to make it to us. Then the rare steak I ordered came back well done and my poached eggs were closer to hard boiled. I mean ruined it to our waitress and she was equally confused and very apologetic. She sent in an order for a steak at the correct temp and new poached eggs to go with the remainder of my breakfast. About half way through breakfast the eggs and steak made it to our table. The eggs were perfect, but the steak was over salted. I didn’t have the heart to bring it up to our server, she was working hard enough as it was. But overall our Mother’s Day breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that, the hotel was great and again the staff were top notch."

"Our stay at The Estate Yountville was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and every detail made the experience feel truly special. The location is perfect for enjoying Napa Valley, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and amazing restaurants. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Truly a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Stayed here 2 nights for business in Davis. The location is convenient. At first glance, the first floor room was clean. However, the next morning I found a large live cockroach in the bathroom. I told the front desk staff and was able to get a new room on the top floor. He was not apologetic but was quick to issue me a new room. No other compensation was given. I didn't hear the adjacent rooms, but I'm not sure if anyone was in them. You'll definitely here footsteps from upstairs and the traffic. Parking was $10 for the entire stay. I didn't bother touching the breakfast after I found the cockroach. Will not be staying here again."

"This place was listed as VIP with a free bottle of wine. But, it looks like they are giving a free bottle for everybody for celebrating 20 years. Checkin - we were there at 4pm for checkin, they said the room is in inspection and will be given soon. All the people who came after us for 1.5 hours were given a room. Peak time. Only we were left waiting. We waited for 1.5 hours and just stepped out. We got a message at 5:45pm that our room was ready, came back and checked into the room. Turn on TV and sign into Youtube, it freezes. Olive and Hay is so busy as an external restaurant, we didn’t get a seat, guests are not prioritized. Neither is there room service from Olive and Hay. We couldn’t sit down and have breakfast, we had to go elsewhere. Checkout is prompt, not given any additional time, because they had get the cleaning done. If thats the case, why didn’t we get the room at 4? It just ruined our evening and trip to Napa."
