All guestrooms at Torino Station Relais feature perks such as premium bedding and pillow menus, as well as amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning.
It felt a bit strange not to be greeted by someone but everything worked, it was amazing. So convenient to food, transport and the train station. I enjoyed the little balcony where I could open the door and get fresh air.

Séjour d'une nuit pour transit très bien.

Inconsiderate management given ant infestation
First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. The toilet had and extra step towards the shower, which felt a bit scary in case you forgot about it and fell. So we had to be extra vigilant. It seemed to be clean, but our big surprise we saw ANTS in the room. We thought little about it, and just requested the cleaner to clean the room properly. The room coordinator, confirmed this would be done. However, again the next morning the ants had covered our toddler’s pram, and we had to clean the pram. We did not want to make a big fuss, but were not happy with this. We requested them hotel to clean this again. The third day, we saw another cluster of ants again. When we mentioned this, the hotel started to indiciate that it was because of our food spills. This was a surprise, as the ants were there from before we moved in. The hotel started becoming short and not showing any understanding for us. This soured our experience of the stay unfortunately.

Nonostante mi aspettassi una camera matrimoniale normale (ho trovato invece un letto alla francese e un bagno in 10 Mq.) ho trovato al telefono, alla mia necessità di spiegazioni e quant altro, sempre una persona gentile e disponibile.
