The Aircon wasn't working so had to leave balcony door open at night and mosquitos came in. The shower needed attention but the water was hot. Overall a pleasant hotel, staff and surroundings. Bed was comfortable, room small but adequate, towels changed daily, 24 hour reception handy, small balcony with table and chairs convenient

Buonissimo come qualità prezzo.

Io w mio figlio siamo stati bene, per quello che ci serviva. Di fronte c'è la Metro, all'angolo il bar. Solo per il parcheggio privato chiedono 20€ al giorno in piu. Cosa si può pretendere di più. Va Benissimo e lo consiglio.

Comunicazioni segnalate in fase di prenotazione non corrispondenti alla realtà della struttura. Fermo restando l'ottima posizione dell'Hotel, ci sono delle evidenti contraddizioni nella comunicazione e nella gestione delle risorse evidenziate sul sito. Per quanto mi riguarda sconsiglio la struttura.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Torino Porta Susa. Personale molto cortese. Ho soggiornato all'ultimo piano mansardato della struttura. La camera e il bagno erano un po' datati ma molto puliti. Consigliatissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Disponibilità e cortesia del personale, l'unica grande pecca è la condizione del bagno, tracce di muffa nera e mancanza di condotte di areazione. Purtroppo non funzionava il riscaldamento ma mi hanno fornito una stufa. condizioni generali delle camere buone ma poca cura dei dettagli.

Would Stay Here Again.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to many eateries and the city's Metro system, with a ten minute ride to the city center one minute away. Check-in was easy and the hotel had a fun, art vibe with each painting, for whihc there were many, labeled with the work's title, year, and artist. The free artsy postcards specific to the hotel were a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Mi sono trovato molto bene!!!

Ho alloggiato per 3 giorni in questo hotel con un offerta super ottima in una stanza matrimoniale ad uso singolo con balcone. Sono rimasto molto contento per l'accoglienza, il personale è super gentile e pronto ad assisterti. Appena si entra ci si trova davanti la reception e subito alla vostra sinistra i distributori per cibi e bevande, utile in casi estremi. I corridoi si presentano con opere fatte a mano in bella vista. Ogni camera presenta biografia e quadro dell'artista. All'interno si accede tramite chiave con annesso badge per l'alimentazione delle luci. Il bagno si presenta molto carino, con i led presenti nel braccio doccia. La temperatura della stanza semplicemente perfetta, non ho sentito il freddo manco uscendo dalla doccia. L'Hotel pensa molto all'ambiente infatti è tutto ecologico. Non ho trovato particolari difetti se non il pomello della porta esterna che quasi si staccava, la mancanza del poggia shampoo all'interno della doccia e pareti molto sottili, potreste sentire i vostri vicini. Avevo la stanza 124. Ottimo sia per alloggio che per i mezzi, si trova in centro e di fronte è presente l'entrata della metropolitana. Molto consigliato allego foto.

Screwed up booking.

Despite having booked via Hotels.com, the hotel had not registered my booking and just rented the room to someone. Their service was unhelpful, and I had to find another hotel late-evening in Turin. The worst part that exactly the same happened to a couple who arrived shortly after me.
