"My friends and I stayed at Ivans house and it was exactly as described in the listing. Each room had a full pull out bed and sheets for each. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great features. The house is right on a highway but we hardly noticed and this didnt effect our experience. Id recommend this ..."

Tunkhannock is , in my opinion, a hub for the logging industry. It has many stores and business that also support the community adequately . The by pass on Rte 6 is efficient in getting through traffic around the town. Residents are friendly.

Tunkhannock is a very nice place just was not happy with motel and Rt. 6 road is terrible with ruts and uneven driving

I visited to go to a wrestling tournament, but I plan to return to fish the area. The mountains and streams were awesome, even in winter.
