"When we arrived to check in the front desk guy was quiet and didn’t say much to me which is fine, the credit card machine wouldn’t take my card and he blamed it on my card not the machine, which I just used that card 15 mins before so I knew it worked. Finally got me checked in and when we got in the room there was severe water damage to the ceiling and pieces of drywall had fallen on the floor. There was an Oder in the hallways of cigarette smoke. THE WORST PART… the beds are absolutely horrible. They were so hard that we could barely sleep. But for a cheap room just a place to crash wasn’t terrible. But many other options around for the same price that next time I’ll try."

"Room smelled like smoke & mold. Wall Outlets by bed didn’t work, as well as the fridge. Shower rod was broke and hanging from the wall. Hair all over and just overall the room felt dirty. "

"Staff was fined, room had stains all over carpet and ac lift lid was broken off. Room was very close to elevator and heard elevator sound all night and morning. Super loud guest in the middle of night inside hallway and right out the window in parking lot."

"I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, and the manager and reception team provided excellent service that made the experience even better. I would also like to specially thank Anna, Djoko, and Bert from the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They were very attentive, professional, and made us feel truly comfortable. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for the amazing experience! "
