"The room was HUGE and beautiful!! It was like staying in an upscale apartment. Wandering in the mezzanine hotel museum was also fun. Only wish the rooftop bar was open during our stay."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Staff Wouldn’t allow for our party to stay at location because every member didn’t have a physical ID. Never had a hotel location ask for every member to need an ID in the first place so after producing a digital copy for half of party that still wasn’t enough. So they wouldn’t allow us to check in nor would they allow for a refund. Even wouldn’t allow for hotels to help fix the situation when they called on behalf of us. Extremely unprofessional and weird behavior."
