"Girl at front desk could hardly speak English, at check in she tells me there is a $67 deposit for each room, but according to hotels.com the deposit is $50 deposit. So I have no idea what the extra $34 was for. Then I was told that because we used the wash cloths there would be a $30 charge! The pool was not in service. Beds were uncomfy. Breakfast looked pitiful so we didn't eat. Will not stay here again spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else "

"For a 3 star hotel, it was beyond our expectations. The pool was clean with colorful lights AND it was warm! So perfect for our kids and my husband who cant handle anything even a little chilly! The hot tub was clear and hot! The breakfast was hot and had options for non-hot breaky. We found no bed bugs which I read in other reviews. They have security gaurds always walking around inside and out of the hotel and the 3 I met during our 1 night stay were such nice guys! Front desk person was kind, clean, and got us checked in with no problems. Honestly for a 3 star hotel, it was the best pool and jacuzzi we've seen even for a 4 star hotel. My kids asked if we could live there 😂 We will definitely be back next time we are in Tulsa! Thanks for a great experience! "

"Large, clean room and good bed. Housekeeping daily. Coffee machine did not work and was not fixed despite request. Shower head is too low, maybe 5'. Good gym, pool, hot tub."

"The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room. "

"First and foremost, our minivan was stolen right off the parking lot!!!! Everything else is just icing on the cake. They refused to give us our money back and acted like nothing happened. Breakfast was lousy. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The rental company refused to give us another rental because they did not have the stolen one in their possession so we spent the majority of the next morning trying to secure another rental. That took ALL MORNING!! And when we asked for our money back, the staff told us that they could not give us a refund because the checkout time had already passed! Be Warned! If you do not want to worry about your vehicle or your belongings being stolen while you are sleeping peacefully, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! At least none of our family was hurt. The police said to look on the bright side-we were not there when it was stolen and were not assaulted with a weapon. Crappy, unsafe place!"
