「We had a lovely stay in this quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo. It's very close to the Convention Center and a short walk from Capitol Hill. Good bus and train connections nearby allowed us not to have a car. We were only in town for three nights, so we didn't really cook much. But the kitchen seemed well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again if we were to be in Seattle.」

「When we arrived at the place.( We had 4 people as stated on invoice). No linens were furnished.faucet in kitchen is faulty.Brita pitcher was not refilled in frig. Called the host,she said we were too early....Got me confused with my sister who paid for our return trip. I had it for the 15th. My sister had it rented for our return flight the 23rd.We had to wait until we got aboard ship to even freshen up,which made me very uncomfortable. 2 washcloths were lying on the bed for 4 people to use....

「Studio205 is a little well-located hideaway. Easy to get to using public transport from the airport and/or King Street Station. Also within easy walking distance of Pike Place. 「I was very happy that the bed was fully wrapped, the apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our host has a greeter who gives you the walk-through which is helpful since it's a bit of a maze to get to the pool. Location is pretty good, dude upstairs is very stompy, but that is fine as long as you've got the air conditioner running. Loved that there were some toiletries available, and plenty of coffee for our stay. Overall, I felt like there was a decent value here as well...
