「We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. 「The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Location of the apartment was perfect for walkability, the included secure parking and self check in were also on our list of requirements. The unit was clean and comfy. We appreciated the foam earplugs, as we are not used to city sounds, and running the fan as white noise was helpful. Also, having coffee pods, creamer and basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices were much appreciated. Thanks for a nice stay.」

「We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The host sent over a housekeeper but not until 8pm which made it very difficult since we were travelling with our one year old. One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t close. The carpet needs to be replaced and the plug for the bathtub doesn’t stop it from draining so we couldn’t give our son a bath. Other than that the location is ideal」

「The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!」
