「 I attempted to change original reservation to the next night, but Best Western would not accommodate my request, so I had to pay for two nights. One night at this hotel was one too many. Waking up early in the morning, there were cockroaches, both dead and alive, in our room. The front desk person when checking in was less than helpful. Breakfast was only served until 8 am. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel.」
