Townhouse

You will love your stay in this beautifully renovated town home. Enjoy a comfortable, relaxing experience while you and your family are away. Located just outside of the metropolitan Tucson and Vail area. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet is an easy 7 mile drive into Vail or Tucson. Enjoy a community pool just steps away! For large groups, inquire about a second separate unit that sleeps 5 guests and is located very near by. Amenities include two car, covered, off-street parking located on property with more parking a short walk away. Enjoy a spacious back patio, washer and dryer in the unit, a contemporary living room atrium and use of the piano.

*There is NO HOT TUB*
Community pool is open but NOT heated and there is NO lifeguard on duty. Children under age 18 must be supervised.

Bar-b-q grill is located on the property

BACK YARD PATHWAY
This space used to be an old golf course. Sadly the grass is no longer maintained but in this open space you can enjoy a stroll on the paved path, scavenger hunt for golf balls and if you time it just right, you can take in a spectacular Arizona Sunset.

You will have access to the entire house.

There is no parking on the street. Cars must be parked completely under car port or on west auxiliary lot.

This place has it all!
This place had everything and more that we would need on vacation. Plenty of room and space for friends to come hang out, not to mention pool being only a few steps away! We are only 5 minutes from our friend’s house, so it is very convenient for us. We have stayed here two years in a row and will book again next year.

A Really Good Stay
This is a great place to stay. The only thing I personally think could improve is TV channels. I'm a big sports fan and love to watch all sports plus national news. ROKU was limited.

Spacious, quiet comfort!
We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was soooo comfortable! It was a very spacious place, the kitchen had everything we needed and more…My husband was so excited to have a piano to play! Everything worked well and other than the piano playing, it was extremely quiet. Didn’t have time to try the pizza at the Roadrunner Deli in the gas station nearby, but saw them making it and it looked awesome!! Thanks for a terrific stay!

Great little get-away!
We were looking for an affordable vacation home in this area to visit the Pima Air and Space Museum, Tombstone and Bisbee. Unfortunately we got snowed on one morning so we didn't make it to Bisbee. My wife is on a restricted diet so we were looking for a peaceful, clean and affordable place where we could cook all of our meals. This place checked all of the boxes and then some!

Visit with Family
Wonderful place to stay! So convenient for me to see family and enjoy the sites in the area. Host was easily accessible and quick to respond to questions. Neighborhood is very quiet and has walking trails around the area. It was like being at home, only better!

Stay in Corona de Tucson
Great stay. House was very cute and comfortable. Had a lot of extras for use which was nice. Our daughter loved the atrium. Well definitely be back. The hosts are the absolute best at communicating and making sure everything about our stay was right.
