While the owners are very kind and friendly, the property needs a lot of help. Fresh coats of paint, recoated or renovated bathrooms are needed. The beds are tidy and bedding clean, the rest of the room not so much. I'm torn between the price being good and the kind people, and my much, much different sense of clean, sterile and decent living conditions. I will not stay there again. (Maybe they purchased the property as an investment only and are just waiting out increase in property values to sell. Where the hotel itself will need to be razed. Perhaps they just aren't spending money on it for that reason? But renting to folks in the meantime should require much more honesty about the condition.)

When I pulled into the parking lot and saw it was an 'extended stay' facility, I wondered if I had made a mistake; because usually 'extended stay' means rowdy. But it far exceeded my expectations. It was meticulously clean and very quiet. And absolutely wonderful, helpful staff. I will definitely be staying here again!

We were in town for just one night; didn't need anything fancy, just clean and comfy. Stone Inn was exactly that. Easy to get to our event at the University via Uber. It was quiet; no noise outside to keep us awake. We slept in and were not disturbed. Thanks.

The room has all the basics things, probably needs some remodeling but it was clean. The Wi-Fi is unusable, I had to tether with my cell phone. The place was quiet when I was there.

Well let’s see… 1. It was a run down ghetto affair. 2. Walls as tin as paper, actually had to listen to love making from next door. 3. On the 3rd night an ambulance took away a shrieking guest. In six day no one inquired about a change of towels or linen. I could go on but I think you get the picture. You really should not have such an establishment among your offerings.
