Typical working-class Tucson neighborhood. Not the finest, Tucson is patchy, some good homes, some not, then repeat. Please be informed that the home itself and the property are very well done, but not all the neighbors` properties look nice.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest’s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
Host was communicative, house was set up for our crew perfectly, a nice open floor plan and a working kitchen. The backyard is gated and has a nice table and a grill. Neighborhood was fine and we had a good time at the Wooden Nickel for a quick visit down the street- got some wings and played pool. Somewhat nearby the park which had a craft/art fair with 250 vendors. Basically all you needed for a few days with the fam.
Recently remodeled, very clean, and perfect for visiting Tucson. Easy check-in and check-out and very pleased with our stay. Neighborhood was relatively quiet, especially for a weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
This home is in a quiet and older neighborhood of Tucson, but amazingly close to everything. It’s comfortable, well maintained, huge backyard, and great amenities. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.
Our stay was excellent at this property. All the furnishings were new and clean. It is very close to the airport, downtown Tucson and shopping. I would stay here again!
Kitchen / bathrooms were clean and tidy. Nice there was a TV in master bedroom. Neighborhood was a little suspect esp with the board in place of glass for the back door. Pillow stuffing in master bedroom was coming out.
Very clean and nice place to stay. Two minor quibbles - the kitchen sink drains very slowly and the kitchen faucet will turn itself on if the handle is left in the upright position. Also, a cutting board would be nice to have. Otherwise, great place to stay!
We stayed in Tucson while visiting Saguaro National Park. The house was an easy drive to both units of the park and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts responded quickly to all of our communications.
Nice place. Clean. Updated. Not a thrift store vrbo. Neighborhood was not high end but was okay. No issues. Recommend the place for easy comfortable stay.
The property stood out as the one of the nicest on the block. If was very clean and comfortable. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, note that there is no dishwasher. Enjoyed our mornings out in the backyard. Would stay here again.
The place was clean and in excellent condition my only issue was the kitchen was not quite functional. Everything else was great, easy to access, nice location close to freeway. I would recommend the property to any who ask.

Worst was the heater and fan stayed on all night which was annoying when trying to sleep.
The area is not what we expected but the house was clean and comfortable. The proximity to family was surprising. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The backyard is huge with more than enough room for grilling and hanging out. Overall the stay was awesome and comfortable.
We came to Tucson for a family wedding, and was pleasantly surprised by this home. Tucson can be a hit or miss depending on the location, but this home felt safe. The house itself was clean, and had everything we’d need to stay comfortably - including coffee and teas - such a pro after a lot of travel. The backyard WAS AMAZING. Huge with both an outdoor eating area with shade and a fire pit, out 7 year old spent a ton of time running around and playing. I would highly recommend this to friends and would likely stay again the next time we come into town. The owner were responsive and made the process easy.
We were in Tucson for a University of Arizona graduation. The distance from the house to the university and a grocery store couldn’t have been better. The house is cute and fulfilled our needs. It appears to have recently been renovated. The backyard is large and secure. The walls are high all around offering a sense of privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood is rough and a bit rundown. The area has certainly seen better days. Despite this, I felt completely safe. It’s a quiet area which was nice. I loved the layout of the house. The indoor decor was nice. The house was light and bright with great water pressure and an excellent A/C unit!
The house is great, obviously recently renovated for short term rental and thus everything is immaculately clean. want to comment on neighborhood as that was my wife's concern after reading reviews on this place. The neighborhood is safe. straight middle class neighborhood with similar houses and families. I ran in the early morning hours and felt safe. There is a large park/zoo about 1.25 miles away and running around that loop and back to house is about 5 miles. house is super secure and great fenced in back yard for privacy. I did not have any safety concerns here. proximity to air force base is great.
