  • Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room .
    central located home, is perfect for a big family, have a seat in the spacious leaving room with Vaulted high ceiling and lots of natural light, 6 minutes from the UofA and downtown. House is fully gated and plenty of parking.
    oh did i mention that it just got renovated interior and exterior, enjoy a like new home with a spacious kitchen and updated ss appliance's, relax in king suite with private bathroom.

Expectations Exceeded

In a rare occurrence, the house was actually nicer than it looked in the photos. The layout was perfect for a vacation rental. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessities for a great stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will book again.

Annual Gem Show Trip

This house was perfect for our annual Gem Show Trip. The photos don't do this house justice!! It's super clean and well maintained property. I would highly recommend it to anyone and we look forward to staying here again. Dora is very prompt with any questions about the property and made our stay flawless!!

Overall a clean n cute rental! The house seems fairly new with clean new appliances and bathrooms. Furnishings are very nice quality especially the sofa recliners n all the beds (mattresses were very comfortable). Love that luggage bench stands were provided in 2 of the bedrooms and extra hooks in bathrooms for towels. Kitchen is spacious with large clean fridge n a coffee maker/keurig combo machine with k pods provided! House overall has very minimal decor so it can seem a bit sparse at times, but it can be a good thing too…less dusty clutter 👍. The only thing I would say can improve the place even more is more quality bedding linens. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent again!

my family in Tucson only lives in apartments so renting the house for two days loud us to get And have some meals and great conversation

When we first walked in there was a very unpleasant smell in the whole house We had stayed less than a day (not at all long enough to get the floors filthy) and our feet/socks were disgusting (we moped the floors) a spoon was accidentally dropped in between the couches and when we liffed up the couch the was trash, toys, a coloring book ect. The first bedrooms bed had been broken in the middel from being moved and never fixed making it uncomfortable
