This resort is incredible. The staff were incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. We met the owner Jason and he is an incredibly gracious host. He was very helpful and kind. He had a special dinner for us which was an incredible mix of Korean Filipino hybrid foods. We will definitely come and stay here again. It is about a 30 minute walk (5-6 min in a tricycle “tuk tuk”) from the proper town. Customer service was above and beyond.

Was open plan with a spectacular view, rooms were spacious.
The breakfast provide by the team were amazing provided with a fruit platter.
Communication was superb, were able to organise transport to and from general luna and cloud 9.

Hotel was fine it looks outdated cause the front of the hotel doesnt look like it had been painted or pressure washed atleast, inside the carpet in isle where you go to your room and elevator looks kind of ..."
