Demelida Villa is situated in Tsada village, a quiet, traditional Cyprus village with vine plantations. A 15-minute drive to the beach and 5-minute drive from Minthis Hills Golf Course in Tsada.
The villa is carefully designed in a serene setting with mountain views. As the daylight fades, you can sit comfortably in the garden or terrace, and watch the sun slowly dip behind the trees.
Here you will enjoy tranquillity, away from noise and busy everyday life and yet so near to all attractions.
Can sleep up to a maximum of 5 people, the perfect family holiday.

The house is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard inside and outside:
32' Flatscreen high-definition LCD TV, CD Player/HiFi, Internet access with Free Wi-Fi, books.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster.
Three bedrooms (one of them with en-suite bathroom), all bedrooms have a double bed with a luxury mattress, on the first floor there is a large veranda and a lovely sitting area overlooking the hills.
We can provide a cot bed and children's highchair if needed.

Outside facilities:
Large patio with tables and sitting areas, BBQ, garden, trees and flowers, private parking place.

Few words about the area: Tsada village is famous for its dry climate and cool summer breezes. From its elevated position one can enjoy fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast.
The villa is approximately 1 km from both Tsada Square and the main road to Paphos. With a 5-minute drive to the Tsada Minthis Hills Golf Course you have everything you need for a delightful holiday.
Tsada village has a small selection of excellent restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops at the village square.
The main road leading to Paphos has lots of shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
Demelida Villa is only a 5-minute drive to Minthis Hills Golf Club, 20 minute drive from the popular sandy Coral Bay Beach in Peyia and a 15 minute drive from the town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, harbour area.
Latchi Beach and Aphrodite’s Baths are only a 20 minute drive.
Airport: 25’ driving distance from Paphos and 2 hours from Larnaca Airport.

Car hire is essential. We can help with car hire with plenty of options and good rates.
