「Host was accommodating, even when we asked questions we could have answered in the book. Most or all look new and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lake. 」

「The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

「We loved this property! We had a girls weekend for the irish festival. The house had everything you would need . The house was very cozy ,we enjoyed lighting a fire and hanging out and chatting. Plenty of room here . The beds were very comfortable we all agreed. Cute little deck with firepit ,weather was not cooperative to sit outside . Plenty of parking for us . Ashlee was great letting us check in earlier on Friday as some of us came earlier. I would highly recommend this house for girls...

「The location was awesome. Great views from every window and very secluded. We did have some issues with the check in but the owners had there local handyman meet us at the house and the issue was resolved. A big plus is that the home is handicap accessible, having grab bars in the downstairs bathroom and even an adjustable type bed for someone who needs to incline while sleeping. Would recommend the home for a large group, plenty of room and just a short drive to town.」
