The large, flat driveway offers easy year-round access and has plenty of room for a wakeboard boat, making summer lake days effortlessly convenient. Guests also enjoy access to the coveted Tahoe Donner Private Beach Club on Donner Lake, a major perk for boating, swimming, and lakeside lounging with amenities that truly enhance the stay.



Inside, the primary suite on the main level features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, a junior primary suite offers another queen bed and its own ensuite bath, creating a comfortable layout for two couples or multi-generational families. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom—a cozy bunk room—is perfect for kids. A full bathroom located off the hallway near the laundry area completes the lower level.

Guests at 13186 Ski View Loop enjoy full private access to the entire home, plus optional use of Tahoe Donner’s premier member amenities, including the Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and the Tennis & Pickleball Center. These facilities offer swimming, fitness, lakeside dining, racquet sports, and family recreation in a members-only setting.

Access is provided through Short-Term Tenant Cards (guest passes) included with your stay.
