「Beautiful apartment!」

「The place was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located downtown Troy. The building was quiet and easy to access. Felt secure with the doors locking and needing a fob to enter the building and to enter the hallway where the apartment is located. Would definitely recommend.」

「I had a very nice comfortable 4-day stay in the apartment I got there it was very clean very nice like the layout very pet friendly my dog enjoyed himself there it was nice location centrally located to places I wanted to go to I would recommend this to other people」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds very comfy. This is not what I would consider a “condo”, definitely more of an apartment. There is very little insulation and you can hear every noise, the neighbor upstairs was up at 4am and you could hear every footstep. Also Friday night there was a group of kids outside late that were very loud. Also there is a pretty constant dripping in the bathroom area but not from the sink, toilet or tub. 」

「This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.」
