Large Lakefront Paradise on the shores of Lake Michigamme
8/10 Good
"Overall a very nice house and easy to find. I was searching for a house with a jacuzzi and a fireplace. This house came up in the search and I should have read more closely the description. The jacuzzi is closed during winter months and although there are multiple wood burning fireplaces you are only allowed to use one of them. However the available wood is down by the lake and was covered in 3 feet of snow. Additionally, we had to shovel to get to the grill and the grill is in need of repair or replacement. For such a nice property the grill is shoddy. Otherwise the kitchen was great and well equipped. The sauna was a nice feature and the wi-fi worked. This house would be great for a large group during the summer. "
"The room was clean and had all the things we needed for passing through. It was great that it was pet friendly so our two fur babies could travel with us. Staff replied to our questions. Might stop on our way to are cabin in the summer!"
"It was the perfect spot for our snowmobiling trip as it was just a short ride to the trails. There was a Ton of snow around the cabin and the woods all around was just Beautiful...WE LOVED it! It was Quiet, with a few animals coming to say HI by the creek that ran along the backside of the property. There was Lots of Parking outside for our truck/trailer & sleds. And Inside was lovely with the log cabin atmosphere and all the amenities we needed. Very easy check in & out processes and Mandy was VERY communicative with us! We are So happy we chose this Vrbo and look forward to coming back again! Definitely a FIVE STAR experience!"
