Very nice modern rooms, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they will help you book meals, excursions, tours, and cars. The breakfast provided was pleasant with lots of options, you eat on the large covered balcony which has a nice view.

The staff was wonderful and quickly met any of our requests. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. It is walking distance to the beaches and the old city centre. The outdoor pool area with loungers and patio furniture is well maintained. Paolo was also kind enough to arrange a boat trip along the coast for our large family. They made our trip memorable. Thank you!

Room was clean but the initial room we had was changed on the second day because the plumbing in the shower did not work, the air conditioning unit was not working. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us a new room and helping us move our personal belongings. Area next to hotel is under construction, the other side were older homes poorly kept. We checked out a day earlier because of the poor conditions of the rooms and more importantly the surrounding area. NOT worth the price we paid.

Our stay at Kairos Tropea was perfect, we arrived to find a clean and modern room, house keeping and staff were excellent with us and ontop of everything, we found the location to be excellent. a short walk to the center and also close to many Lidos. Another great amenity was the onsite parking available which was something we desperately needed due to the nature of our trip in Calabria. Paolo was able to accommodate this and always made sure we had an accessible and safe spot to leave our vehicle. As for the staff Rosella was a gem who was constantly making sure we had everything we could need or want. Paolo himself was great with us and we highly recommend booking an additional tour with him. We took a private tour along the coast which was unbelievable. Over the week we stayed Paolo became a dear friend to us as im sure he does with most guests and we will certainly be back again. Cannot recommend this place enough . 10/10 thankyou Kairos for an amazing stay

The rooms are sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast has great variety and was very fresh. They even arranged a transfer to a different hotel for a tour we are taking! Great all the way around.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean with great AC and the pool was so nice for our kid. The owner and staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches that enhanced our stay! 🙏

The owners of the property were amazing. Our stay was great there. The kids loved the pool. Its a short walk to the centre of Tropea and was a great location for our stay.

We stayed at Kairos Tropea for 3 nights and had a great stay! We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. For meals, there were a lot of markets and restaurants nearby and the hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff were great: Paulo was very responsive and coordinated a spot on a group boat trip, Rosella at the front desk was very helpful, and Kira made amazing cappuccinos at breakfast. The hotel was spotless, the mattress was comfortable and the swimming pool was lovely. The only (minor) things that we didn't like was that the door to the bathroom is frosted/semi-transparent and we found the list of prices for potential damages a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, the on-site coin laundry wasn't working while we there, but we were able to find a nearby laundromat and the hotel had a ton of drying racks available to hang our laundry afterwards, which was great. Overall, we would recommend Kairos Tropea and we would stay again.

Rent och fräscht! Bara 5-6 rum. Trevlig terass med utsikt vid frukost. Nära till både stranden och Tropea stad med mängder med restauranger utmed gatorna och inne i trånga gränder.

This was a beautiful hotel. Newly updated. Very clean. Family owned. All the family and staff that we encountered were super nice and helpful with any local recommendations. The hotel has a really nice pool. The included breakfast was very nice with food optiipns changing daily. It is a little bit of a walk to the main town…maybe 10 minutes. And the nearest beach is about a 15 min walk down hill. We had a great stay here.

I wish I could rate this place higher. The level of customer service is unparalleled. From the staff, to the owners, everyone’s priority was our comfort. I have stayed in Italy many times, and this place takes #1 position in my book.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kairos! I visited with my wife and our two children, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the wonderful owners. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with a touch of luxury that made our stay feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable beds to the high-quality finishes. Breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh, setting us up perfectly for our days exploring Tropea. Kairos has the perfect mix of elegance and comfort, and the hospitality truly stands out. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely return the next time we’re in Tropea!

It's the little things

This place is a 3.5. Pros: pretty new, close to grocery stores, short walk into town and a close walk to beaches. Cons: We booked the ocean view room and it was a partial view right off of the breakfast area. It was very noisy in the morning and one morning someone set up their workstation directly outside our door. Additionally, we were not advised of all day construction on the property (upper floor of the property). Almost no non meat options for breakfast. They make eggs once and put them in a warmer. If you dont get to breakfast early there will likely be no eggs left. The first day they had some cut up hot dogs to go with the eggs. Other b and bs we stayed in did eggs made to order. We also had to request coffee, no one would ask what they could get you in the morning. The person working there also seemed anxious for us to leave breakfast each morning. There was only one thin pillow per person. No water or coffee in the rooms
