Amazing welcoming staff in all areas - delicious bar food and al la carte Rooms comfy, loud bathroom fan which you have to turn on as no window but for what we needed close to the races and anyone playing golf with the beach and sea a stone throw away - highly recommend

Lovely comfortable bedroom, good size with lots of space, somewhere to sit and a tv with lots of channels. Bathroom was clean although dated but had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is quirky and a must for golf lovers with lots of pictures, photos and memorabilia. Comfortable and cosy bar and lounge with a lovely charm and locals using it as well. I missed breakfast as slept too well!

Not my first visit to this hotel and definitely won't be my last. From the moment I walked through the front door to the moment I left my stay was made as comfortable and pleasant as possible by the welcoming, professional staff. This hotel has excellent olde world charm by the yard as you will see from exploring the corridors which lead you through the bars and lounges this hotel has to offer. Comfortable clean room, opted for the sea view, with good size bathroom. Spacious dining room and an excellent "Scottish" breakfast which set me up nicely for my 580 miles journey home. I'll definitely be back soon.

Friendly hotel in excellent location.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Had a good sized ground floor room with small patio leading on to a garden which is a very family friendly area. If patios were cleaned up e.g. sprayed with Wet and Forget and tables wiped it would make a huge difference because everything else is clean and well cared for. Well situated for walks along the beach and into town.

Great stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. If I had to find a fault, I wish the showers could be warmer and more powerful. But would definitely recommend and would go back again.
