"Unfortunately I am a light sleeper and the room I was given was right next to the 2 floor stair well. People were in and out of that door until after 11 and once around 3;15 am. The door slammed shut every time anyone used it. Needless to say I did not get a decent nights sleep. Staff was polite, friendly and courteous."
