「We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the free breakfast. Everyone working there is friendly and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back when travelling to Gallatin! 」

"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell.
Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$.
Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
