Large, comfortable villa "Petra Rossa". In the hamlet Costa Paradiso, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Vignola mare 18 km. Please note: car recommended. 7-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 3 showers/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace partly roofed.
